The first business I started over ten years ago stopped growing because of this problem.
Sure, it did okay. I mean I made a little bit of money but it just stagnated. Ultimately, I ended up selling it for only a few thousand dollars.
I wish I’d learned to delegate back then. That business could still be running to this day and generating extra revenue on the side.

I hate to break it to you, but you’re in a bad spot.
