Your body is trying to tell you something. Don’t ignore the warning signs!

  • Pull back.
  • Slow down.
  • Breathe.

It’s okay to do less. It’s okay to say no.

It’s okay to “not be productive”.

You and your body need maintenance just like anything else.

Sometimes it seems like you can’t afford to slow down. But more than that, you can’t afford burnout. It’s devastating.

You must PREVENT burnout before it happens. How do you prevent burnout? Regularly scheduled rest.
