I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’m playing the long game.

What I mean by that is I’m investing in my audience for the 10-year long game. I’m investing for the future.

I know there are a lot of people in my audience who are 15, 16, and 17 years old. I’m giving them value and they don’t even have money.

I don’t know if you remember being 15, 16, or even 20 years old, but I certainly didn’t have money at that age. I know a lot of my listeners and viewers don’t have money at that age, so why am I giving them all of this free value?

Why am I investing in a younger demographic that can’t even pay me back yet? It’s because I’m playing the long game.

I get feedback from people all the time saying, “I’ve learned more from watching seanwes tv and listening to the seanwes podcast than I did in all the years getting my MBA.”

People are learning more from this show and the seanwes podcast than they are going to college! I’m giving them this education and I’m investing in them.

The people I think of when I do this show are my brothers Cameron, Caleb, and Cory.

My messages are for the younger generation. It’s for people who are going out into the world, leaving school, and wanting to pursue something they enjoy.

I want to show the younger generation that they don’t have to follow the traditional path.

I want to show them that they can do things differently, that they can do things their own way. It’s not easy at all. If anything, what we preach here is that it’s hard, but it is doable. Actually, my main focus is investing in this younger generation.

I’m doing everything I can to survive so that everything else I do is completely invested in that younger generation.

If you’re 15, 16, or 17 years old, I want to invest in you. I want to help you because I believe that if I can get you where you want to go, then in 5 or 10 years, you’ll be willing to compensate me back.

When I help you get where you want to go, you’ll be willing to pay me back.

You’ll be willing to pay for education from me and even for education for your kids.

I’m playing the 10-year long game. I truly believe that I can help you get to where you want to go and that’s going to come back to me.

I want to hear from you. If you are under 18, let me know in the YouTube comments. If you’re over 18, you can leave a comment too, but I want to know especially from the younger generation.

Are you watching these videos? Are you getting anything out of these? Is it changing your mindset? Is it effecting the way you see your future and you see your potential?

For the rest of you, I’m wondering, what would it look like in your business if you shifted your focus to doing everything for 10 years from now? If all your focus was on surviving right now and investing everything back for 10 years from now, how does that change the way you see your business?

How does that change what you’re doing? Are you working right now to be viable and sustainable in this year or next year, or are you thinking about being around and still being relevant 10 years from now?
